Borsodi Blue & Zsombok Réka

The band Borsodi Blue was formed in 2005, and their albums - Hit The Road And Live The Blues 2007, Moonshine And Wine 2011, Anything Can Happen 2017 - are imprints of the songs of composer-guitarist László Borsodi with a special taste. Recently, with their energetic cover-blues show, they operated for quite some time under the name Borsodi Blues Collective. Borsodi, as a respected figure in the Hungarian guitarist society, has played together with the entire Hungarian music scene for the past 10-15 years. In 2007, they had a surprisingly loud success as a backing band for American star Joe Bonamassa in Budapest, but Little G Weevil also invited him to join his band, where he has been a permanent member since 2017, alongside the best Hungarian blues musicians.

Réka Zsombok is one of the most exciting voices on the Hungarian underground scene. Her encounter with Borsodi resulted in a new production in a melodic, soul-blues-americana style. They are currently recording together their double album The Key To Our Dreams, which will feature nearly twenty songs and will be released in several installments by the end of 2023.
